If you look at the guild roster in the forums, our guild strength is 72.
So, as usual, i'm going to filter~ Which also means mass kicking.
Obviously there is a one week notice. Like starting from now.
So, the kicking will start from say, 27th November.

Criteria for being KICKED:
1.Inactive for a long time
2.those pending members, never change name, waste roster space:x
3.those username which cannot be found.

For criteria number 3, i'm going to take the guild roster and use premium

Novice

Basically we got a few things coming up during this hols:
- Guild Outing (Pending)
- Mass Recruitment (This time its REALLY going to be MASS.)
- New format for forum (Refer below.)

What to expect for the new forum update:
- Points system. (Get points for posting on forums. Some forums MAY give more points than others.)
- Lesser forums and less restrictions.
- Update on the forum portal's page.
- New ways of spam protection and also I'll remove the "admin invite" thingy so that people can just join via email verification. This way we can have more active members... But theres no guarantee that the anti-spam measures will work...
- Revised set of ranks and groups.
- Rank images. (This time I'll really do it lols.)
- Shoutbox will have a new position. (Or maybe not depending on how the forums will look like.)

What:
On the September Holidays, -ACE- will be organising a mass recruitment week.

When:
Monday 1st September to Friday 5th September.
From 9 am to 3 pm daily.

Where:
Any Free Server.
Room name must be: -ACE-Recruitment

Why:
To increase our guild strength and hopefully gain more active members.

How:
Recruitment rooms will be created with a tester as the DJ. There need not be only 1 tester. More testers may join in the game if they want to have some fun ^^.

Who:

Rules:

- Each recruit is to be told the link for blog and forums.

K I know its 12 am and I'm supposed to prepare for Maths CA tml but I couldn't sleep when I know I messed up sumthing.

So I came back to redo the blog and after like 1 hr or so its fixed.

Explore the tabs on the navigational bar. Nothing should be missing, just moved nia.

Anyways to prevent any sh1t like this from happening again. I just made a backup of both scripts (original by cass and new one by me).

TESTERS PLEASE READ !!

Obviously you all never see the post
on the new recruitment rule so:
Very simple and not time consuming
but will save ALOT of trouble in member's list. All testers..
AFTER you recruit a new member, please post ON FORUMS. Under
the section "Recruitment". Don't have to post until so much la just put the new
member's name n whether he passed. Then can liao. Very easy right?
Note that if this simple post is not
made, the new member will NOT be included in member's list.
Tagboard now smaller le... and we use tagboard for:
1.Recruitment
2.Chat
Chat normally only like a few
sentenses so its quite OK. But recruitment ar take very long and etc. So use
forums easier to handle and don't have to practically flood the whole tagboard.

Tagboard now smaller le... and we use tagboard for:

1.Recruitment
2.Chat

Chat normally only like a few sentenses so its quite OK.

But recruitment ar take very long and etc. So use forums easier to handle and don't have to practically flood the whole tagboard.

Pluses:

- Contains a shoutbox which acts like our tagboard. It stores MORE messages, LONGER messages, ANYONE can post in there (Guests OR Registered Users) AND AUTO REFRESH EVERY 5 seconds.
- 1 Chat forum which you can post EVERYTHING. If theres more forums then people often go "off-topic".
- Daily Updated Member's List.
- Handles recruitment easily.
- Post long posts, conduct a poll (vote)...etc.
- Noob proof help text here.
And most importantly,
- IT WAS DONE BY ME!

Minuses:

- Daily Spam. (I clear alot of spam daily just that you all dunno.)

So go use forums! That way you don't cram and bully the poor tagboard. Summore this 1 smaller than last time one.

@EXCOs / Testers : If anyone is interested to join the guild first, tell them the URL of this site.. this is important cuz it would be much easier to communicate with them.. Also tell them to check this site regularly. And, even after they are recruited they still need to be active.

@EVERYONE: But active DOES NOT mean talking cock on the c-box (tagboard) or whatever... What I mean by active is : Reply very quickly but only when necessary. Things you DON'T have to reply are stuff like: OMFG who likes roti prata?? And things that you should reply ASAP is when it concerns the guild.

RECRUITMENT

Some questions have been raised about how to recruit new members.
If a player asks to join the guild IN THE GAME heres what you do:

1st: Tell him the URL of this site and make sure he remembers it. (All members must know this site!)

2nd: If you are an EXCO then test him right away.
If you are not, then tell him to come to this site and request for recruitment at the tag board. An EXCO or Tester will assign a date and time for the test to be conducted. Note that the recruit is required to REPLY to accept the test.

3rd: If he passes the test then the tester is required to post his name AND the name of the recruit on the tagboard. From there I will update the member's list. Testers please make sure that ALL new recruits MUST change name to be accepted into the guild completely.

End.

Okay now heres what you do when a player posts ON THIS SITE that he wants to join.

1st: The recruit is expected to post his name and the date and time which he wants to take the test.

2nd: An EXCO or Tester who will assign a date and time for the test to be conducted.
Again, the recruit is required to REPLY to accept the test.

Today the guild meeting was held at free8-11.30AM:D
Along with our vice president -ACE-Rin, head managers
-ACE-xiaoGER and -ACE-Angel, vice head managers

So we thought of a guild event::-ACE-HIDE AND SEEK :D

SO COME HAVE FUN;DDD
Winner will have a VIP room card as a prize:D

So, the event goes like this.
You all will have to find -ACE-Rin,-ACE-MASTER and me,
where we will be hiding in a room:D
altogether, there will be 3rounds before you will be able
to find us.
The first room will be host by:-ACE-Nemo.
Second room:-ACE-Angel
Third room:-ACE-xiaoGER

All 3rooms will be locked:D And you have to answer
the questions given to get the pass:D

The first question to get in the first room, will be given
by me, where i will be messaging all members the question
plus the clue to the channel -ACE-Nemo is in.

The first 5 members to enter the room will be playing with her.
Note that only 5members will be able to get in, as the observer slots
will be closed. The last scorer excluding -ACE-Nemo will be kicked
and the other 4 will get the question and the clue to the channel -ACE-Angel is in.
The last scorer will be kicked when playing with Angel and the other 4 will receive
the question and clue to the channel xiaoGER is in from Angel and enter the last room.
-ACE-xiaoGER will then play with 3of you and the last will be kicked excluding
her, and the top 2 will be able to receive the last question and the clue to find -ACE-Rin,
-ACE-MASTER and me:D
The person who is faster than the other, will win and get the audi guild uni
as a prize, plus playing with us :D

So,basically that is the event:D
